Eligibility and conditions:
- Artist's exchange programme organized by Bezirk Oberbayern (Administrative District of Upper Bavaria) with European EU member states
- 3 Artists from Upper Bavaria can apply for a residency in the partner country; european artists can apply for a residency at the Artist Residence Schafhof in Freising.
- The selection process is carried out by an expert jury appointed by Bezirk Oberbayern as well as the cooperation partners in the respective partner country.
