Services and facilities offered:
- The Kulturwerk allocates around 830 reduced-rent artists’ studios and combined living and studio spaces in Berlin
- Publishes a list of available studios every two months
Eligibility and conditions:
- Visual artists with residence in Berlin (at least 6 month before application)
- Allocation criteria: professionalism, income, urgency of the application
