Hub@Goethe is a mentoring programme for entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries who have innovative ideas, but lack the technical tools and entrepreneurial knowledge to successfully implement these ideas. In addition to the actual training, Hub@Goethe also offers participants a physical workplace in the newly designed library of the Goethe-Institut Johannesburg "Library-Gamebox-Hub", which provides Hubbers with Internet access, printers and meeting rooms.
Hub@Goethe is part of the Cultural Entrepreneurship Hubs project, which was carried out from 2016 - 2018, a cooperation project with the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship, funded by the German Foreign Office.
