The Künstlerhof Schreyahn scholars’ residence in Lower Saxony has been offering scholars’ residencies for two authors and two composers since it was founded in 1979. The “Schreyahner Herbst” (Schreyahn Autumn) Festival of Literature and Music is affiliated to the Künstlerhof. It is possible to incorporate the works of current and former scholars in the festival programme, which is performed by well-known musicians and ensembles.
