It documents the media inventory of the libraries of the Goethe-Instituts abroad, insofar as they are recorded in the combined database of the Südwestdeutscher Bibliotheksverbund (SWB).
The Goethe-Institut is unable to provide any financial assistance for librarian work stays (e.g. study trips or conference attendance) abroad.
You can apply for financial aid from Bibliothek & Information International (BII).
You would have to be in at least your third semester of information science studies that is leading to the degrees of Diplom, Magister, Bachelor, Master, secondary school teaching state examination or a doctorate. In addition, the website of the Deutscher Bibliotheksverband e.V. (dbv) Bibliotheksportal also provide information about the library system in Germany.
